Veterinary Consulting Corporation was formed in 1992 as a result of the demand for quality management consultants for the veterinary, biotechnology, and animal health industry. The company was the first one incorporated at the University of Florida Biotechnology Institute for Technology Transfer's Sid Martin Bio-Business Incubator. Having grown out of the incubator facility in 1993, Veterinary Consulting Corporation now has offices in Los Angeles, CA, Miami, Florida, Phoenix, AZ, and Beijing, China.
